I have an 03 - obviously no active center differential.

I have many people offering their recommendations on coilovers, and the advice is often conflicting.

I do have LSD's in Front and Rear (added an '04 RS LSD), and plan on heavy autocross and track days, and am looking for help on spring rates.

The conflicting advice has been:

If you have an ACD, go higher spring rates in the front, lower in the rear, i.e. 16k front 14k rear, and if you have a non-ACD Evo, go opposite, i.e. 14k front 16k rear.

Others say: Regardless if you have an 05+, you should still have high spring rates in the front and lower in the rear.

ahh, so confused.
