why is the downpipe only $50 ? does it clear everything under the car?

The downpipe is cheap because its large and I want it gone. Its for an 03-05, so non-
ACD.

BTW, intercooler and stock DV are now gone. Stock LICP and Rad fan are pending, thanks again guys
