Sorry, just found this thread. Thanks for putting this buy together. I will start drumming up interest from my autocross friends.

These are the ULTIMATE big wheels for you racers out there. You will not find anything out there in this size that comes within 3-4 pounds of these!!! That's 12-16 POUNDS off of rotating weight and unsprung weight vs the next closest 18x10!!!!

I might do it, but I need to be more sure about a few things:

- EXACT spacer size for 285/30-18 (+5 doesn't seem right, but I could be wrong)
- Be sure that we're actually going to get these in a timely manner if we cough up $1100 in advance
- Can you show the lug nuts? Are they open-ended?
- Jarrod, there won't be any additional fitment issues with them being 10" wide do you think? I mean in terms of current setups that already have fenders rolled and such for 9.5" rims (same tires)...

Interested. I also need more _details_ like the above. My season is about to start, so that is another issue, ie im not sure how long im willing to sit around and wait. Beyond that, i understand that theyre light, but how certain is it that its strength/rigidity is not compromised?

- EXACT spacer size will depend on your coilovers and brand of tire. On my car I could run a 5mm spacer with Kumho or Advan tires, but the Hoosiers required a 10mm spacer. I would say that 10mm in the front would be safe, and probably 0 to 5mm in the rear.
- As for time frame, we are at the mercy of the manufacturer. I've been wanting these for a year and I have 3 other sets of wheels, so I can wait. Others may not be able to . . .
- Don't know about lug nutz. . .
- The rear fenders may get a little tighter. May need to make a couple MM more clearance back there. The front should not cause any problems. Some guys out there are running 10.5" fronts . . .

I've never held these wheels in my hand so most of this is just my educated guess, but I can't think of any reasons they won't work. . .

Jarrod, what are you referring to when you mention the spacers you had to use. Are you referring to a different rim? You mentioned you've never touched these in person, so I wanted to clarify. My +40 NT03s require a 25mm spacer up front and nothing in the rear, so I didn't think a +35 rim would be that much different, although I realize it's a different rim width and style.

I guess I don't really care, because if I get these rims, I'm sure as hell going to get the proper spacers made, but I wouldn't know exactly what is needed. I have no qualms buying them, though. I could maybe wait and see what you come up with before ordering my spacers. I use V710s now, but I'm not sure I won't go with Hoosiers for Nats.

I was referring to my experiences with my WedsSports, which are a 18x10+32, so they should be very similar to the fit of the Buddy Clubs.

What offset are your NT03's??

Clay, do you have to run the big spacers for caliper clearance or inboard clearance of the tire vs. the shocks??

Both, but I think mainly for caliper clearance.

I see. I think that's why I can run a smaller effective offset than you is because my WedsSports fit without any spacers. The only reason I run spacers in the front is for tire clearance by the coilover. . .
