I pulled the O2 sensor out of my 05 EVO to put a new O2 housing on and the threads basically shredded on the way out. The dealer wanted like $250 for a new front O2 so I went to NAPA and got a Bosch Universal for about $80 that they said should work. My only question now is what wires match up when I wire the connector off the stock O2 to the new one? Thanks

The chart is sort of confusing, but the proper info is there. Can you guys post a link to the instructions? If so I can get you the proper wiring.

 

blue wire plugside to black wire sensor side, and white wire plugside to gray wire sensor side. The two black wires on the plug side go to the two white wires sensor side. Hope that helps. Follow the colors for Type B.

Had the same issue with the o2 on my IX. Mistu over torqued the heck out of that thing!
