ECU Swap on 4G69: '05 to '04

Hi. I have a situation that I hope can be advised about here...
I recently fried my OEM ECU because of a bad connection I did on an ECU relay. I have an '05 Ralliart with CAI and header and after I fried the ECU, I replaced it with an ECU from an '04 Ralliart ECU. I'm starting this thread to see if anyone has any idea on factory tuning differences between the '04 and the '05 Ralliart ECUs. I'm noticing differences in performance, i.e. a bit more responsive, longer rpm range (bout 200 to 300 rpms more), burnt gasoline smell when in idle and after hard acceleration, different MIVEC activation point (higher rpm's), lower idle engine speed, and quicker idle speed reach when in cold start. One good change I've seen so far from replacing the ECU with the '04 Ralliart is that the CEL (check engine light) doesn't come on as it always did because I have CAI, the header and no catalytic converters. The ride feels different, but overall good. I still have to test gas mileage, but apart from that, I've seen no other issues about it. I've done no modification like piggyback, but I do remember my factory ECU (05 Ralliart) being reflashed at the dealer because of a recall. If any of you guys have any info about this, it would be gladly appreciated.
