On an Evo yes, but I dont think you can get away with X9.5 on a DSM.

 

Dude, I run a 17x9 rpf1 on my 1g dsm. It can be done, just takes a lot of research to find the right wheel!

it's not bad. I have the same problem as you though and that is there are no aftermarket lips that I like for the IX on the market currently. I have the SE lip that I think is the best looking lip available for the stock bumper. I'm debating doing the voltex front bumper though as I believe it is nice and aggressive, but not over the top and it flows well with the rest of the car.

I don't know what it is with people with CCW's, but they will give all info BUT the offset out. If you want the offset info its usually buried in another thread.
