Like the title said I was just wndering how much horsepower could Aaron squeeze out of my car on a e85 tune and these mods. the car have stock head and bottom end. It is a stock viii turbo. Also how much boost can the 8 turbo handle I'm guessing about 27lbs( correct me if I'm wrong)

1000cc injectors
255 walbro
3in o2 housing
3in down pipe
3in exhaust
Megan racing exhaust manifold
And a boost controller

With similar mods plus 280 intake/exhaust cams, I made 370ish on E85 and stock 8 turbo but that was a VERY conservative tune (very rich since car is exclusively a race car).

If yours is going to be a street usage tune then I would imagine you would have the potential for much higher.

 

Around 360-380.

Do you have a stock cat, HF cat, or a test pipe?

Also, get rid of the MR exhaust mani. It'll crack!

Sounds familiar to this Evo I know, except he has a LICP + ETS intercooler cams and a dump!

382 is my guess on E85!

I'm saying 340-360 because you're still on stock IC and piping as well as stock VIII cams. Probably closer to 360-365 with your current mods. A nice IC setup, SD, and good cams you'd probably be right around 400whp.
