I just got the Creative Sports Evo 7 Hood and the DAMD Evo 7 front bumper from Japan in order to convert the 8 to more of a 7 look.

And I was just wondering if you guys would give me some comments on how the car would look after I put on the kit?

Its evo 8 so i dont want mine to look like evo 7 I am looking forward not backward.

 

If your in love with the way the VII looks go for it. But I myself like the look of the VIII why not go with the HKS or the Wings West front bumpers both of them give a somewhat VII kinda look but still keeps it as an VIII and you will not have to change your hood.

 

I like the hood a lot.. not a big fan of the bumper, but it looks nicer in person than in photos.

like the others said, i prefer the look of the 8 over the 7, which imo, is a little too conservative and late 90's honda for me.

 

i think that bumper l00ks sexy as hell. Its not gonna look like an evo7, its gonna look like a unique evo8.

 

Love the hood, would have to see the bumper in person.

i would go for creative sports front bumper. DAMD would be a F&F wannabe. well whatever makes you happy.

 

I second ev081...hood looks pretty good...but dear lord, thats is the near pinnicle of riceyness for an evo bumper, not to mention it being used in 2F2F.

 

I really don't know about the bumper. If we just cleared it from our minds that it was used in 2 SLOW 2 furious, maybe we wouldn't manipulate our minds to think it looks bad.

But +1 to the fact that I would have to see it in person.

 

yea I know ... I was actually really reluctant in getting the front bumper... but as Silverevo8owner said... if you clear the fact that it was used in 2f2f... I personally think the bumper actually looks pretty nice. Its not outrageous... it really just looks like a stock Evo 7 bumper with the bottom sides modified.

I'm definitely am not trying to be 2f2f. Im just trying to get a unique look.

I think it looks great! I would look into volks, they have many different wheels that look amazing on the evo. my personal favorite wheel for the evo is the Ralliart r-01 made by ray's engineering!

 

Yea I wanted to get the CReative front spoiler too.

But its actually just a Front bumper spoiler and I really disliked the sides. And I wasn't sure if it would fit the Evo 8? Does anyone know anything about this?
