Is it possible yes. You just have to by pass the clutch switch. Becareful if you do put one on a stick. My brother in law took out his porch with a Chevy truck with remote start that was in gear. Keys were in his pocket and next thing you know bam.

Get a Compustar. It's impossible to leave it in gear because the car stays running like a turbo timer when you take out the key, and doesnt turn off until you close all the doors. if you don't do that sequence or if any door is opened between the time it turns off and the time you try to start it, it won't work. Where in NJ are you, i can give you the place that did mine.

The one you want to unplug is the one at the bottom. The one at the top cancels the cruise control if it's set, while the one at the bottom tells the car the clutch is pushed all the way to the floor and it's safe to start the car.
If I need to, I can go out and take a pic.

The first is that if you (or someone else) forget and leave the car in gear, it WILL MOVE WHEN YOU TURN THE KEY. That came in handy once on one of my old cars, as I was able to use the starter to walk it up onto a car dolly when it wouldn't start because of a faulty crank position sensor.
The second, a possible benefit, is there may be less wear on the crankshaft's thrust bearing.

Don't unplug the clutch sensor switch
So many negatives to doing this, 1 being that your launch control won't work anymore.
Sorry for the resurrection bump, but I'm bored lol
