EVO X MR - TephraXMOD V3 - launch map - altmap

Someone have an MR with 53050312 TephraXMOD V3?
I received it yesterday, upgrade from a 53050109.
First : how altmap works on the MR? I hace seen that the tacho doesn't indicate which map is selected, I heard that this is because the SST. I can see the CEL flashing after pressing the cruise button, but I cannot understand which map is selected.
Second : does launch map works on your MR? I have the spark cut patch installed, tried launch maps with other ignition numbers in (I have also edited lower boundary timing), but it doesn't work, ignition remains the same as before.

In the rom, you need to indicate how many alternate maps you want (1-9) then after you have flashed the car, either while the car is running or ignition on, hold the on/off Cruise control button on the wheel. You will see the intercooler spray light flash on and off. While it is flashing, press up or down on the raise decrease cruise control buttons, 1 for up 1 map from where you are at, twice for two maps up and so forth. When you are done, the intercooler spray light will flash the amount of times that signifies your map number, 1 flash for map 1, 2 flashes for map 2 and so forth. No flashes means you are on the base map

The MR TephraMod should use the brake pedal to engage the launch maps. So, you will want to set it up so it activates below 0 or 1 KPH. Also you will want to set the No Lift To Shift engage speed to something like 299 so it doesn't interfere. On my MR I have the launch RPM @ 4500 so the factory launch control doesn't interfere.

I have tried everything. I always left foot brake in S-SPORT and TCS off to make the test.
NLTS set to 350Kmh and 10.000 rpm to avoid interference.
Spark cut set to 4350 so the throttle remains open.
Tried everything between 0 and 100% TPS and between 0 to 12Km/h for launch engage, anything works. Ignition numbers doesn't match launch timing (set to -20, I have +25), and I have no more than +0.25bar of boost.
Tephra help needed, I think that 53050312 have something wrong in it.

I think you can log it in evoscan to see if the brake switch is working. It should be 2380ab1d , 1 byte.

On my Car it logged:

brake off = 1
brake slightly pushed = 9
brake pushed just a bit more than slightly pushed = 13

My thought is that if it is going into launch mode( stays in neutral while in drive) then the brake switch is working

2380ab1d gives me always 0, maybe it s the wrong ID.
However, the switch should be ok, if not the car will not launch even in the normal way.

I also have tried the following settings with no luck. Definitely something not working.

Tephra and I have discussed this after I got your email, and are looking into it for you.

Cheers,

One option you might be missing is you have to set the MIN RPM FOR NLTS TO ENGAGE to something like 2000RPMs. It has to be low. Try looking and see if your missing that part.

Reply from tephra, I'm a bit confused now:

Launch maps doesn't work on a SST in V3 by default!

1. you need to change the code so that it uses the brake pedal instead of the clutch pedal (because there is no clutch pedal)

From what I remember about it with your car Robert is that tephra sent you a patch for v3 to make it work, it did not work right out of the box unfortunately
