help with oil

help with oil

i just puchased an evo 8 took it for a ride started to smell a butning parked it in the garage and looked under to find oil dripping out and oil was on the hood of the car underneath and leaking down the front fender so obviously it was shooting out pressurized i really need help as to what this is

Pop the hood & w/ flashlight, look around carefully. Even w/the engine running. Make sure you have enough oil in the pan!
Or
Need to ramp the car up & get underneath to determine where the oil is coming from

Take a pic or 2 & post up

That's not much power to push dip stick out. Are you getting serious blowby? Do you have a catch can installed or mods to vent the head?

an 04 with 120k miles but block was just resurfaced and timing belt, tensioner, water pump, head studs, and head gasket were all just done about 1300 mikes ago just tuned about 3 weeks ago and an FP Green dbb turbo

Is that 400 whp on a mustang dyno? You may want to look into venting your catch can with a big check valve to help release the crankcase pressure.

Most Mustangs read a bit lower than Dynojets (approx 15% IIRC). He was trying to gauge your WHP
