Help wanted!

Hi guys,
Helping my friend out with an Evo X. Please see below:

Need a solution to an issue before i burn the car.....

1. Car was running fine. Tune was excellent
2. Car is starting fine when cold but goes to idling RICH 10 - 11afr.
3. Cruising is fine at 14 -15 afr but soon as lift of gas to slow down or stop goes back to rich .
4. Warm start doesnt work unless gas pedal is floored. If not plugs will be flooded and have to unplug injectors and crank n then plug bck in.
5. ALL sensors on engine have been replaced (coolant temp, map, maf, both cam sensors, crank sensor, iat, front o2)
6. CEL only shows system too rich error
7. If i try to go WOT afr goes lean.
8. Double pump hanger with 2 new aem pumps. 8an feed and 6an return. New fuelab FPR

have you changed out the fuel relays that are so prone to going to ****? Cheap thing to try first if it was good and now is not without any differences.

What's the fuel pressure reading at idle when it's too rich? Could be a problem with the FPR or the vacuum line to it. The warm idle flood combine with lean under boost makes me think FPR

My friend’s reply:

Fpr at idle is 45psi. And i hooked up a long line and guage and rested on the windscreen and did a pull, it went up to about 70psi and was still lean.
To my knowledge he has also tried another FPR.

that’s about the only thing he hasn’t done yet. Will let everyone know when he does if those were the problem.
