2006 Mitsubishi Evolution IX GSR WW Excellent Condition

-2006 Mitsubishi Evolution IX GSR
-102K miles (Clean title)
-18K miles on NEW (not rebuilt) 2.2L engine and Shep Ultimate Ratio Trans.
-GSR 5 Speed
-Wicked White
-Excellent Condition 9/10 interior and exterior.

I’ve finally decided to sell the most enjoyable sports car I’ve ever owned. You’re looking at the most sought-after Evo with the best-of-the-best, tasteful modifications. I’m the 2nd owner. I purchased this car from a 45-year-old gentleman in Gilbert, AZ who took excellent care of it for the first 20k miles and I’ve meticulously maintained the car for the last 10 years. It runs great and has zero problems. The car is on a Haltech Platinum Pro ECU with Flex-Fuel setup. It’s 100% dialed in to run either 93 or e85. The current setup on 93 results in 470awhp and e85 = 580awhp. The engine is a custom spec 2.2L motor built by AG Autosports and is capable of handling 900+ hp. Just swap out the turbo and retune. All other supporting mods are already in place.
The calibration will be delivered “Un-Locked” so the new owner can easily make changes if ever needed. The car has been garage kept and professionally detailed its entire life. It has some rock chips on the exterior but not too noticeable. The only reason I’m selling is because I don't drive it much anymore and I’m picking up an Evora 400.
The new owner will receive a massive folder with all receipts, engine specs, warranties and proof of maintenance. I’ve attached a PDF copy of the clear title and just a sample of receipts.
Maintenance:
Oil changed every 4k miles with Amsoil Performance fluids.
Trans and diff fluids replaced every 10k miles.
Michelin Pilot Super Sports in excellent condition (less than 10k miles).
