I'm thinking track days / driving school. Bring my Evo X and have fun, around the track. I'm primarily thinking of road courses.
In in the Minneapolis area of Minnesota. I've been to Brainerd International Raceway, and plan to go many more times.
The guys at BIR told me about Blackhawk Farms, and I'm already aware of Road America. Both about 5 hours away. I'm going to plan a drive and hotel stay to each of those two at some point this season.
It's not difficult to find a drag strip or go to the same tracks for autocross, but finding tracks that offer a proper road course and track days is tough with a regular internet search.

I use that site to find what's near me. BHF is a pretty fun track, It's a shorter track (pretty much the polar opposite of RA) but I think it suits the evo pretty well because of its short gearing.
