Car jerks like wheel hop in a fwd car?

Car jerks like wheel hop in a fwd car?
So basically the car jerks like the wheel hop feeling in a fwd car when I try to move in a complete stop in first gear. Like it sounds bad and worries me a lot. Like it happens sometimes and then it doesn’t. I try to test the clutch by downshift and regular upshifts. Everything works. I think the clutch is aftermarket because it’s stiff. I know how to drive stick but it happens sometimes. I’m trying to figure out to let it roll with the clutch or less gas or more idk it’s odd. I hope it’s nothing serious. I’m gonna check the fluids. Car has 44XXX miles. I gotta do more testing. Please help if you know anything

i had it for two months. It’s just so odd because it hasn’t happened yet again.
