Dipstick tube stuck

I am trying to pull my stock intake to put on the ported one I have sitting around but cant seem to get the dipstick tube out. I have the one bolt removed and I tried twisting and soaking with pb blaster but it wont even budge. Is there a special technique or recomendations to get it out? If I pull any harder it feels like I will snap the tube off.

Thanks

Although i never attempted, im guessing that tube is a bit of a press fit.

Wonder if the blue wrench is needed?

it should come out easy with the bolt off. Maybe its rusted together or something?

I've had them be hard to get out. Keep twisting and pulling.

There is an o ring on the bottom of the dipstick tube where it goes into the block so I would not recommend a torch. If you cant twist it do not bother pulling at this point, the thing has probably rusted itself to the block. Keep soaking until you can twist it. Once you can twist it just move it out to the side and youll be able to snake out the intake.
