the injectors are huge for your goals and probably too big for that pump. You should probably add a wideband + evoscan + Openport 2.0 to your list. You should also probably add at least a LICP if you are going to upgrade the IC. If your going to use the stock exhaust manifold you should have that ported. Then add the cost of all the misc. stock **** your gonna want to change when doing all this, gaskets, hoses etc. This is all assuming the car is up to date on all its maintenance and doesn't have any other issues that need to be sorted.

ok I see appreciate the comment I’ll look into all those could I look into a Walbro 450 fuel pump? And the car is very healthy right now just under 93,000 miles as well. And yea I forgot about the misc lol. Definitely get a better Head gasket as well. I’m actually gonna do my timing belt next week as well as my valve cover gasket so she’ll be nice and ready.

Yah I think a 450 would be a step in the right direction, but still probably more then you need for your goals. You will also want to pick up a wiring upgrade kit for the fuel pump. If you are going to pull the head then the opportune time to do that would be when you do the timing belt job. While the head is off you could consider having the springs professionally installed so they can check installed height, seat pressure etc.. Same with the studs, you will want to do those when you do the new gasket. Make sure you do the balance shaft belt too while your at it and a new water pump is also a good idea when doing the timing belt. Stuff adds up quick with these cars

If the goal is on 93 octane i'd get the the DW300 or Walbro 255 and just get 1000cc injectors or something as they are plenty for your goals on pump gas.
Also the FPR isn't needed the factory one will do a right old job with a DW300 or a walbro 255.
I made 410whp on a FP green and HKS 280's on factory fuel wiring on a Walbro 255 on 98 Ron. ( similar to 93 in the states. )

I had a feeling you where trying to future proof your fuel system. Just know there are trade offs in the cars manners when it comes to over sized fuel systems. Make sure you bring your tuner a hot meal

Just my opinion, of course (per my sig LOL). I haven't read the rest of the replies yet (on the mobile app):
400whp is a SERIOUSLY cheap goal.
- Ultimate racing CAI $85 - Not needed. Just need an open-element air filter
- Grimmspeed EBCS $115 - These work great.
- ETS FMIC $600 - Which size? you don't need too large at this power range. Too big = less turbo response with no upside.
- Ultimate Racing Catted DP $350 Probably won't make 400whp through a cat.
- N1 CBE $450
- GSC Power Division S2 Billet cams $600 - Great cam.
- GSC Power division Beehive Valve Springs/Retainers $350 - Good idea, with those cams.
- Apr Headstuds 130$ - Not needed. Stock head bolts are just fine.
- Shep 8mm to 10mm bolt stage 1 transfer case $1,100. - Not needed.
- Stage 3 Competition clutch rated for 525WTQ $550 - I'm not sure what a "stage" is, but the ACT HDSS is probably the best all-around clutch there is and will hold more torque than you will be making.
- Fuel Injector Clinic 2150cc Injectors $750 - Way too much injector. Only need 750cc for pump gas or 1050s for e85.
- Deatschwerkd DW300 Fuel Pump $150 - Not needed. Just need a Walbro 255 dropped in.
- FP Red Turbo $1100. A stock IX turbo can do 400whp on e85. If using 91oct, then a Red would do 400whp easy. If on 93oct, then maybe an FP Green...? Not sure, though.
- ATP Adjustable FPR $170. Not needed.
