Rims and tires and offset (Oh my!)
So I’m looking for a wheel & tire set up to replace my stock BBS babes. Currently I also have aftermarket lowering springs , 2” in the front and 1.8” in the back, with spacers definitely some rubbing when cutting the wheel in the front.
anywho,
i found a set I love , just cheap Aodhan Ah02 ones that look nice so I can get my BBS ones refurbished when the time comes.
The new ones are 19x9.5 with a offset of 22” , really don’t want to have to roll the fenders... most forums I read say to do a 265 tire but I’m wondering about the springs?
anyone have any experience with a set up similar to this with springs? I’m also wondering if I should go for a 30 offset instead, I currently have spacers on my stock rims to bring them out more flush to the fender (I hate shy wheels back in behind the fenders lol)
im pretty much a noob for this so any help would be ahhhmazin

19's do not belong on an Evo, they do not look good.
18x9.5 with a 30 to 35 offset is what you want, with a 265/35r18 tire. You'll need to roll and do a bit of a pull on the rear fenders with a bumper bolt relocate, but it is a great looking fitment.

Oh this is the X forum, oops.
I still think 19's look dumb.
Since its a X, an 18x10 or 10.5 should be used with a 275/35r18 with a 20 to 25 offset. All you'll need to do is roll the rear fenders.
