I think I've looked everywhere and haven't been able to find an OEM-size 3 hole 3" muffler gasket anywhere. Vibrant and RRE don't seem to make one, and I've checked stores like GrimmSpeed, STM, MAP, etc etc and nothing. At the moment my only option looks like WORKS, but there's got to be a cheaper part. I'm hoping that someone here can point me in the right direction! If not, then I'm going to have to buy 2 at a whopping $27 apiece...

Yeah man I miss it..... Put it on once and took it off. I knew the Sac cops would ref me in a heart beat. I just stuck with the WORK exhaust and they never bugged me.

Thanks!!! gonna check it out. I didn't bother to check them because I thought they were OEM only and didn't know they had a 3" OEM!

EDIT - hmm.... that might be a 2.5" OEM gasket.

I'm interested in an alternative sources as well.

I purchased straight from Works last time. $16 here: https://store.worksmotorsports.com/P...2E301&CartID=1

Yeah, that's the only source I know of at the moment. But they charge $22 shipping for something that should cost at most $8 to ship via USPS. So I would buy 2 of them to offset the shipping, bringing it to $27 each.

I might look into the aftermarket gasket stock and just make a bunch myself.

Whaaat? Am i the only one w/out a CNC machine. haha

Thats amazing. How exactly does one cut their own gaskets? I thought most exhaust type gaskets were an assy
of metal mesh & gasket material?

In any event, would like to see a pic of that but great job for sure

Felpro 2499 is perforated steel sandwiched in cardboard, basically. It's a PITA to cut with my CNC, especially since I wasn't using the right end mill for the job!

Yeah, the edges are rough, but probably won't matter much. If I used the right bit, it would have cut more cleanly. When I get some new bits, I'll try again.

Do you have a specific endmill in mind?

I thought about trying a generic downcut endmill on some Felpro material, but ultimately it was just cheaper and easier to buy the gasket I needed. I would like to be able to cut gaskets on demand on my CNC, though.

I also thought about trying to sandwich the Felpro material between two sheets of cheap MDF or other sacrificial material to minimize the rough edges, but I have no clue if that's a good idea or a terrible one.
