Hi,

Warnings and infractions reduce point totals significantly. However, we have asked for tech support to look at some of the issues reported. My hunch is because of the holidays we won't see any answers until next week at the earliest. As stated in an early thread, we made adjustments on the 9th that reduced everyone's point totals (I lost over 20,000 ). Thanks!

Bob..

You can turn off your own bar in your UserCP.

A copy and paste of a previous post, what is the point to these bots?

I think you have to give away your points, then there's an option to turn off the bars.

There was some changes made to various values. Most of the moderators lost 10-40k points in early December when the values were tweaked.

So will this be getting a permanent fix or can I expect to remain in the negative values? I've lost over 10 thousand points. The start of which seemed to coincide with the system being implemented. I would have understood the first deduction way back at the start as being because of the infractions I had for vending without a vendor status from a couple of years ago, but it still continues to keep me in the negative. I've brought this up several times to no avail.

Hi Josh,

We have submitted tech support trouble tickets and todate have not heard any feedback. The reason for the point loss was the infraction, however, the amount of point loss doesn't make sense. I'll try to get an update from tech support. Thanks.

Bob..
The first point loss made sense for the infraction, when the system was implemented I was awarded over 10k points for what I thought was past contributions then within a day or so I lost over 10k points. Then I was awarded points, lost points, awarded points lost points so on a so forth every time I logged in and posted something. There have been no infractions since 2009. Do we know how much each infraction is worth? This would at least help me calculate how many points I should have compared to whatever my negative number is right now. LOL Thanks for your reply.

It has something to do with your profile. You'll probably regain those 37 points at some point. It's a bit of a mysterious system
