Social media shares/integration
Add a "share this" button for FB, Twitter, maybe g+. Spreads awareness of evolutionm.net forums into a new audience via FB, also lets you track your FB friend's posting on evom by seeing it on their wall, maybe you login and add to the coversation. Login is already FB linkable, should be an easy plugin

Yeah, that's one thing we'll have to consider.

We are still checking with the IT folks to find out if any of this functionality is even available

the last tag system I used was in a released VBulletin build, but it wasn't an IB board, not sure what version their running. Part of the functionality was the ability to disable yourself from being tagged as part of the user settings panel. ModCP also had the same abilities.

Quick update we found out from IB that we don't have the plug ins for @ tags or # tags. The other social sharing tools are already in the forum for use. Hopefully some day in the future we will get the other tagging capabilities.
