Up until this week I was able to stay logged into the forum for months at a time, but now all of a sudden I get logged out as soon as I close the tab. This happens on both computers I use for access and nothing has changed on them. Is there a new setting or something in my user control panel that needs to be changed to let me stay logged in longer?

 

I noticed this on my phone as well a couple of days ago. It seems to have corrected itself as of now, but wanted you to know it's not just you & that I didn't do anything myself to change things. Good luck.

IB made software changes the reset everyone account requiring a new log in. However, once you select 'remember me' and log in you should not have to log in again. Are you blocking cookies? Thanks!

I think I figured it out. I had my subscriptions page bookmarked and when I loaded it there isn't an option to remember me when signing in. I logged out and then logged in through the form at the top with the remember me option and it seems to be working now.
