Why Can't I Post a New Thread ?

New to the forum. I'm trying to post a WTB request in the wheels/tires section but it will not permit me.

Obviously it is working here.

Need some help please as I'm just trying to buy some wheels.

And yes, I'm logged in.

you need at least 50 posts in order to post in the private for sale/wanted section

yep... go to the private for sale section and READ the big read announcement that's above all the catagories.
