Can't upload photos from photobucket!!1
 

when i use the IMG from photobucket and press upload it always says invalid file.
if i try to upload right from my computer the pictures are always 7 times the size
allowed. how do i upload photos????? i have asked a few people and gotten advice but never figured it out how these guys are posting huge photos in their threads. HELP!!!

all you have to do is cut and paste the link my dude..it's the 4 one down......thats says img

NM I think I misunderstood, just copy and paste the stuff that is in the IMG code box, as bluebyu36 said. It does not upload it to the forums, it creates a link or whatever and pulls the image from photobucket.

Or, if you want to link to a random picture on teh internets, just put [IMG] then the url then [/IMG]

try clicking cutting and pasting the Direct Link url, with [IMG] before and [/IMG] after

example: [IMG]www.madeupurl.com/madeuppicture.jpg[/IMG]

If you do it right, it should work like this

If I'm understanding you correctly, you're trying to upload an image from photobucket, which isn't necessary. Once the image is on photobucket, just link to it in your post using the [img] tags.
