Moving to San Antonio

Well, the Air Force decided in their infinite wisdom to transfer me to San Antonio. I wasn't planning or wanting it, but that's life. Anyway I'll be stationed at Randolph. We're looking to live somewhere around there, possibly Schertz. We'll be moving in July. We're going to SA next week to find a house. I'm kinda looking forward to it, but don't really want to move. I hope to get up with some of you SA evo guys once I get settled in.

Welcome to Texas! You'll live very close to the San Antonio track. I am from SA and I really like it there. Lots of culture unlike some other dead zones in the country (Dallas anyone?).

Give a yell when you get here. It's always nice to hook up with another EVO afficionado!

Thanks guys. I'll definitely look ya'llup when I get there. I lived in SA for about year (2001) while was in flight training. I'm going back to be an instructor now. I'm from Texas anyway, so its basically like going home (from abot an hour east of Dallas in BFE). Are there any good tuner shops in SA for the EVO, and which dealer is best for customer service? Again, thanks guys!

I would say West Loop Mitsubishi as the best service. As far as tuner shops I usually go to Precision R. William is a good guy and does good install work if he is the one installing it. MZM is up in Austin and they are a good bunch of guys and specialize in EVO's and STI's. They also have the only FWD dyno close to SA.
