I saw one get sold early today. It was a silver A61, so there are already multiple on the street here. 2 weeks to go for me.

 

My roomate is signing paper work at Charlie Thomas Mitsu on the S. belt here in Houston right now as I type! He is paying like $1,200 over MSRP for silver(oh well) #1 Status has its perks for a few weeks??? The shock value this weekend at Barnes&Noble in ClearLake & cruising Westheimer will be worth it I guess?? Silver is the way to go cause it is timeless and looks good dirty for all the rain we get in Houston. It shows no scratches & hides dings well. It also looks wicked w/ black powdercoated rims & red brakes! He just sent me a text saying- Its mine!! Hell yhea

Like I said there is a Blue A61 at McGuiness. I checked it out again tonight, after they had cleaned it all up. Quite nice. They already sold their silver one.
In a couple of weeks when I get mine, I am up for a meet.
I also like to race, so a meet in April at Baytown raceway would be cool, or at any of the SCCA Autocross which are the first Sunday of every month at Gulf Greyhound Park (usually). I will start racing in the May event.

I went to the mitsu dealership in conroe and they had JUST sold the silver evo VIII and they had planned on getting a white one in the next day.
