Yup, weight wasn't sh*t but i wanted them gone since they were in the door gutting anyways and i was afraid puncturing the door myself. Most of all interior weight is gone but I've still got ALL the exterior weight to go through including emissions stuff. Still right at 3k Lbs.
Ok how does the pinnicle hills promenade mall off of I-540 and meet at the Dillards parking lot. What time would everyone be able to get there by and what do you guys want to do?

is that old austin near cabot? cabot, jacksonville, north little rock, little rock area would be places to look unless it near your place of work.
Dude Matt. I call dibs on fixing up the interior. Srsy. There is so much more weight I can take out of your car.
Other than that looks sweet! I can't wait to kick your ***. :P
Just for future FYI, the door side impact beams aren't aluminum. When you pull them all out, it saves about 30 lbs. It makes carbon doors not worth the money unless you are looking for every last pound. Its a pain in the *** to pull them out though.

Ya I've got the weight of each Item I took out that I can show ya, there's tons more we need to rip out
Yes I do wish I had just gutted the dash and put it back but oh well, just means I get to make an alum/tin or carbon one
But on the side impact's, on the 9's they are alum - 8's they were steel, tack'd to the doors, i'll show ya pics later on but ya on the 8's it saved like 30 lbs, on mine it only saved like 8
