So i'm in Afghanistan...

So here i am in Afghanaland... this place blows btw for those who havent been here.

ANYWAYS, for all of you shop owners and shop workers in close vicinity to the Austin TX area.

Would there be an issue if my wife brought in my Evo, with all the toys to put on? or would i have to be there in person? because i would love to come home to an Evo with all the work already done.

I can tell you now the best form of communication for me would be e-mail and payment would come from my wife.

if you've dealt with this before please let me know if there were problems when you did it... i know a couple of my buddies from my last deployment did this and they didn't have any probs.

You're best bet would be to contact the shop directly, but I can't see them having a problem with your wife dropping off the car and parts.

Which shop were you looking at using? Besides Cobb I don't know who else is in that area.

I dont see a issue if your married, hell prob dont care who brings it in as long as they are getting the money.

If it does become a issue you can make her your power-of-attorney....i know you seen the AFN commercials, LOL.

BTW I am leaving kando soon to put my parts on when i get back {thumbup}

Stay safe :beer:

Damn.. u ain't kidding..

Anyway, I would contact Cobb or whoever and tell them you were getting your wife to drop the car off. I know they will be cool with it. I know Cobb has worked with military people plenty of times in situations like these.

JYD Feb 10, 2011 09:49 PM
