Damn it! I'm working and I get off at 7pm and I live an hour and 30 mins away. I use to live in Clt and I still call it my home. My family still lives there so I come up like 3 or 4 times a month. Well I work Mondays through Saturday so I can't make the meet. If you guys are ever meeting on a Sat. night, hit me up.

 

I can definitely relate to that. When I went to grad school at USC in Columbia, I would drive back every weekend to Charlotte to be with my girlfriend, who is now my wife. I know I-77 from Columbia to Charlotte like the back of my damn hand.

We'll keep you in mind for the next meet.

 

I won't be there this time around, got to help a friends mom patch some holes in her wall Friday and Saturday this week.

I would prefer to keep things Evo/Lancer only, but since you own one that's fine.

Some have already asked if they can bring friends with other cars, and I indicated that would be a bad idea, the last thing we want is a huge import meet filling up the parking lot. We already get enough of that at the Saturday night import meets around Charlotte.

I'm just one opinion though, so if anyone else objects speak up.

I guess we can bring this up at the meet tomorrow. Keeping this Evo only was really the original intent of the idea. Charlotte has great clubs for S2000s, 350Zs and Porsche's for example. It's really the common bond of owners of one kind of car that lays the foundation if we go any further with this.

 

I know some of you are probably wondering about the weather.

All the forecasts show rain tomorrow morning, but it will clear up after lunch and into the evening, so we will be fine.
