i was kinda surprised being that it was only 11psi. but not sure if it was the heat, or if the boost controlller i put on dialed back the boost a little n stopped my boost creep. was runnin real rich compaired to normal, but absolutely no traction issues or spin, but the super crappy 60' just makes the car feel like a turd. the people that rolled out with me were awwstruck by how nasty my car sounds at wot... apparently i throw nice sized fireballs during every (very quick) shift.

Holidays NEW concret n rubber being put down is super sticky on the weekends, gotta love it when ur required to use DRs/Slicks and street cars arent allowed..

I got yelled at after my first pass, and had to put my helmet on dissappointed me cuz all i did was get slower after that pass. LOL

and honestly, calculators arent that accurate, exspecially since i have no low end power at all, my 1/4, i wouldnt be surprised if it was faster cuz thats getting more into my powerban...
i hate 1/8 mile.. but glad holiday is only a hop/skip/jump away. ill go to lassiter next weekend that my car is put back together.. still have a broken intake manifold on the car.

Not looking for a motor right now, dont have the funds yet to focus on the next stage of the build. graduate in 5 weeks, and ill be picking up a 2nd job again shortly..
Actually the converter is just like stock, hooks in gear just fine. while i was rolling, it was actually trying to hook in 2nd, but i wasnt giving it enough throttle, so i keep reving it... i have a HUGE vac leak from multiple broken welds on my intake manifold that was built by the imfamous local that so many people dont talk toanymore, so its a PAin to keep the car idling when its cold still.

Once that is fixxed by walker or tj, i wont have to try to keep the rev's up anymore. just havent had the time to pull the intake manifold, or the extra funds to have it fixxed really.

I only had the fenders/bumper off cuz i was rolling the fenders, couldnt get them just right. so i pulled it all off. i really should of only had the bumper off at the spec meet, but i was to lazy to put the fenders back on.. the big tire setup on the car now is awsome, on a normal launch, i basically dont spin at all. and i was lighting up my old falken rt615s like crazy..

 

Weather was nice, and now ****ty, but if it gets nice again, we need to organize another meet.

Need mike to come back and set it up.

ill be there.. Currently have no idea on if my car will be.. If all is fixxed the night before.. ill be towing my lancer out there.. stay at the same la quinta i believe.. Not 100% sure.
