I cant make it to autox on sunday cause of preparations to work at the Dega race NEXT sunday. I am going to be at the final event in Nov though. Maybe I still have a chance at winning rookie of the year or whatever it is. I havent seen the points roll out in several months. Even if I dont though, it doesnt matter. Its alot of fun for those of you who havent ever been.

Sara...C....I swear I was looking at the results for last times autox. Im not sure, but I think that kid with the plain silver newer civic with the lame body kit and the monster energy drink stickers won novice. Not sure though.

 

I might make it to the Auto-x. It has been a long time since I auto-x'd and even longer since I did it in Bham.

I think I have to run in SM now though with less than 300whp, full weight and stock suspension with street tires so I'll be the opposite of competitive...

 

trust me you can do just fine in SM with that. I've been running most of the year bone stock in SM! it's just a local event so no big money cars, now if you try a national event that is a different story. lol tried that with my old Evo and got beat pretty soundly although i was able to beat a few in the class my self too.

sorry you won't be able to make it Chris. wow i need to check out the results from last event that's interesting. also i will check to see where you stand points wise for the year and let you know.

i have never autox before so i pretty much have no idea what im doing, me and my friends are heading up there with our cars to try it out.... btw i have no idea what class im in.... can anyone tell me? i have intake, exhaust, tune, mbc, walbro 255.... and thats it...

BSP I think. That is What I always ran in and nobody gave me any grief. My clutch and cams bump me out of BSP now.

 

Man, im sorry I cant make it. If all these evos actually show up, it would be pretty sweet. Usually its just the three of us...and Matt if he brings his, but usually he doesnt run it.

yeah i think BSP would be the class for you with those mods, Matt is the expert at that though.

man, I'd love to go autocross, but my turbo is just not cone dodging friendly, that and I'd bet I'd end up in like SSM or even prepared and get my *** just really handed to me.

 

nah.. dude im in sm.. and u wouldnt be ssm u would be sm with us.. competition is fun.. 1 guy today should beat me by bout 3 seconds..(atleast he has in the past) but everyone else is normally right wth me.. and im in just a slow lancer
