Help on Black Housing Headlight Paint Job....

Hey, I am in the Westchester Area ( off Palmetto*826* and Bird Rd ). I am looking to do a job like link and and some others have done, by making that black housing headlight look by painting the stock ones, that would save alot of money instead of buying those for like $200 on ebay...

I would want to do the following,

1) watch (help if needed) someone do it if you are planning to
2) having someone help me do it
3) or paying someone to do it.

I also have a written guide on how-to. Let me know guys!!!
