I will be giving out a schedule with name and time duties so everyone can participate an have fun at the same time!
example
name
1- Jon doe from 12pm till 1:00 pm will be at the entrance counting tickets! ect...then someone else can relieve at 1:00pm that person from their post
2- jane doe from 1:00pm to 2:00 pm will be taking everyone's info ect...then someone else can relieve at 2:00pm that person from their post

Eddie, AWD will not be attending as I just came back from their shop and Mike handed me a bunch of stickers so I will be handing out a bunch of stickers to everyone.

Mike told me to take a lot of photos and videos but I don't have a video camera :/

And you received my PM's regarding the shirts correct?
