Evo ECU reflashing in FL?

Evo ECU reflashing in FL?
I was told by my cousin that a group of Evo's in Orlando have had their ECU's reflashed right here in FL. Does anyone know what he's talking about? I'd rather go local to reflash my ECU than mailing it in and be w/o a ride for 3 days. Can anybody give me some info on this? Thanks
