is this a 08+ lancer specific one?

i checked their application list and they dont have any evox lancer or ralliart listed.

They have R&D completed on the EVO X, and lancer. Ralliart application I dont know. thats the real question mark.

any idea who will be supplying these in NA? will suck having to ship by boat all the time. price are we looking at sub $1000 rang?

hard to say would depend on volume but when they are fully available in a group by senario its likely to be in that price range.

Boat is always cheapest lol but the slowest. But the size of the shipment and given the weight of the skid. i am not surprised
