TLC Autocross for 2012

I have been considering this since 2009 but the timing was never right or too many distractions going on. Now that things are clearing up for 2012 I think it would be a great time to get into Auto-X for TLC members. Regardless of what year lancer you drive or trim level, it is still fun and a learning experience for those who want to commit. With our sponsors we will be putting together a autocross season and will have a minimum of 3 events for the 2012 year. If we have a good response than I see it expanding from there.

For this it is not about how fast your car is, its more about driver skill development than anything else. We will have real instructors on hand offering their experience to us.

More on this later

I am having a meeting with Mitsubishi Next month about this to see if they will offer support. We already have Mobil 1 behind us.

I am trying to cover this from all angles so we dont have any "Mitsubishi voided my warranty" stuff happen.

They will likely be taking place in parking lot auto cross setups, I think the Powerade or Hershey centre is an example
