Very easy to do. I was just doing this over the weekend.

I've seen the video before and I know where the knob is to adjust.

The problem is that there's a plastic cap on it that restricting me to adjust.. any1 has the same situation or know how to take the cap off?

So, they don't really cover this, but there's a small hole in the front support you can get a long Philips screw driver through. It's tricky, as it's not a screw you're turning, but rather directly sitting on the adjustment gear and using the screw driver to spin the gear. The screw driver will go behind the small metal bracket. you will see the 10mm bolt spin when you turn the gear. So, you don't even need to remove anything, just drop the screw driver in. I did this on a 2013 GSR with Halogens / non-SS, It's pretty hard to spot it, bit if you look down the hole the screw driver is in, you can see the spline on the gear.
