i agree... but i'd give my business to them anyday... every where else i go i get bad service... with option, they actually ask me if they can find more parts for me and research and call me back...

others work together and throw numbers at me... and negotiate soo easily.. (this onetime i went to a shop and checked out rim prices....when i left the store to go somewhere else... the next shop gave me a higher price ... then lowered it 200 to beat the "competitor"... later he said that the "competitor" told him that i was coming to ask about that specific rim)

i never went back or bought the rim... i bought it from option...
