I've called, PM'd and emailed too. Nothing. It's been months.

Not sure I can swallow the re-modeling story. You'd have to believe that even if their entire office were torn apart, and their internet was disconnected, that the owner / manager would check in on stuff at home and send out messages about what's going on and when they expected to be back in operation.

 

I just check the PM and you have not PM'd us. I would have responded as I have responded to every pm that has been sent to us. So I don't swallow your PM story. However, I do believe that you emailed or called us as during our remodeling/rennovating we have had limited phones/email.

 

My bad. The three PM's I sent were to Junior,.. not to TurboTrix.

So,.. any idea how a person gets ahold of Junior?

hey is anybody in the turbo trix shop? I dont know if you guys are busy working, or at an event, and the shop is closed. I dont know. But i tried to call yesterday and today, but keeps ringing. I need some help with my ecu, if anybody from your shop can help, that'll be great. I'll drop the car off ASAP. but when is a good time to call you guys? thanks alot.

 

Has anyone spoken to Junior in the last 3 months? I still haven't heard back from him.

 

I have been trying to call turbo trix about 25 times the past 3 days. ringing and ringing and ringing with no answering machine. My guess is they are either busy at some type of event, or went out of business lol. Since they dont have a vmail set up, i'm thinking something bad happened

 

Nothing bad happened they are renovating the entire shop. (basically rebuilding the while place) So the office s not really any office right now as you can imagine. Your best bet is to send them a PM throu here or go there. If you'd like I'll let mark, Keith or Jr know you are looking for them.

@ duckstu. Yes I have seen and spoke to Jr.

 

I talked to him the other day through some texts. He was in Chicago I believe last week for tuning according to him. I haven't heard from him this week though.

 

I'm trying to be as patience as possible but it's taking it's toll.

Is this shop still getting work done? I need to get ahold of somebody to get my car running and tuned up. So i'd need to talk to one of the tuners or ecu tech guys. Is this number for the shop still on? all I get is a busy signal. If somebody can PM me a number to call, or just post up on here that'd be great. thanks.
