We have a solution for your whining tcase problems finally.. A complete rebuild with BRAND NEW ring and pinion is now available.. No longer will you have to throw away your tcase and buy another used one only to find out it whines or doesnt last but a few thousand miles.. Our solution gives you peace of mind with a BRAND NEW hardened steel ring and pinion.. pricing will be as follows..

These are rebuilt with all BRAND NEW Bearings, Shims, And Seals..

Stud Upgrades available for 50.00 additional.. ( These Replace the Case Bolts with Studs for added Strength )

03-04 NON ACD Tcase Rebuilt w/ NEW Ring and Pinion - 1600.00 Shipped ( Core Credit 150.00 )

05-06 ACD Tcase Rebuilt w/ NEW Ring and Pinion - 2000.00 Shipped ( Core Credit 300.00 )

03-04 NON ACD w/ RS LSD Rebuilt w/ NEW Ring and Pinion.. Shimmed & Studded for added Strength - 2000.00 Shipped ( Core Credit 150.00 )

Quaife LSD or Wavetrac can be added to any of the Above Tcases.. PM for pricing accordingly..

Mitsubishi wont sell them.. these are all aftermarket and upgraded treated Ring and Pinions..

How does this compare with the TRE or Shep Trans upgraded ACD Transfer cases??

I cant tell you honestly what they both use to compare.. I have never even seen TRE in person..
