Got my mil.spec 65mm tb last week. All I can say is awesome. I have 0 boost leaks now. Car feels much better now. I would recommend anybody get this. You won't regret it. Thanks to Aby, he was very friendly and quick to get it out to me. Would definitely buy from again.

Abby or Eric, or anyone...right in the middle of changing my seals and I bent the TB Shaft C clip. Anyone know the size? I need to try to get one tomorrow from a shop.....is it a dealer only type part or would a Fastener store have it?

Did you order off the website? I am wrapping up all orders before I head out of town for a bit.

Are the rebuild kits still offered? I don't see it on the website.

I did a boost leak test several months ago and found my throttle body was leaking. At idle evoscan showed only 15 inhg of vacuum. I thought the leak was at the little screw area, but figured it was probably shaft seals. I did this repair on my eclipse years ago. After the repair vacuum jumped to 22, which is what my eclipse reads also. I was happy. I ordered the mil.spec seals through stm, or the works version. I don't recall and both are in my notes.

The problem I was still chasing, crappy boost response, still remained. I did another boost leak test today. I am 100% sure this is the IAC warmup flapper o-ring.

Considering the seals are $25, I guess the kit is no longer $30. If it is no longer offered, what is the current turn around time for rebuild on an evolution 8 throttle body.

Not sure if you got this fixed or not but just figured id help you out a bit and tell you, yes it is your iac valve. My evo did the exact same thing and got it fixed and worked perfect after that.
