MIL.SPEC is proud to offer Throttle Body Rebuild Services!

MIL.SPEC is proud to offer:

Throttle Body Rebuild Services for your OEM & 65mm evo 6/7/8/9 throttle bodies!

MIL.SPEC will media blast, sonic clean & install the following replacement parts

The Following parts are all NEW:

***MIL.SPEC High pressure shaft seals
***OEM TB Gasket
***BISS Screw
***Biss Screw O-ring
***TB Shaft C-Clip
***TB Blade Screws (applied w/Red loctite 272)
***IAC Warm-up Flapper Valve o-ring

Cost for the rebuild are:

03/04 units $99.99

05/06 units: $99.95

or

Buy your tb rebuild kit (all parts pictured above) for $35- includes priority shipping!

Here is what to expect when you send in a oem / untouched vs. a rebuilt TB from MIL.SPEC!

The rebuilt tb used in the pic is a 65mm unit. The only difference is that your unit will retain the blade it was shipped with.

Price includes Rebuild service, parts pictured above, paypal & Shipping to the lower 48 states.

If you want to receive a rebuilt unit before sending in yours, since your evo is a daily driver.

We do offer a core service option, which is 100% refunded after we received your rebuildable / unmodified oem tb.

Core fee is $300- & the tb will be sent with a calibrated tps

Just send us your oem tb & tps back to recieve your core fee back.

MIL.SPEC recomends using usps priority medium flat rate shipping to help expedite matters. usps provides a great box for free + the box will travel from the east coast to the west coast in 3 days for ~$12-, which will include a delivery confirmation number!

PM me for shipping & paypal info!

***PLEASE Understand****

If you send a highly oxidized throttle body with frozen / corroded screws retaining both the tps & iac, expect delays.

The delays are due to me soaking the screws in penetrant & the extra care & time associated with heating the tb up to remove the retaining screws without breaking them or damaging your sensors with a torch.

If your sending a highly corroded throttle body, could you please spray some type of penetrant on the corroded screws, so during the time spent in transent, the penetrant can do its job instead of sitting on my work bench soaking.

If a screw does break, a local edm shop charges me $20- per screw removal & that cost falls on the customer. EDM service causes even more delay

Awesome service. Thanks for mine. No more leak, and no more sticky throttle! Wasn't looking forward to swapping out the seals myself, so it was nice to just swap mine out and put your rebuilt one in.

Why do that when it gives you a convenient vacuum source?

Because lots of people have other sources for vacuum and don't want the hassle of rubber plugs breaking/leaking. In my case I have a Magnus which has around 5 ports for vacuum

I think it's funny that you listed different prices for the 03/04 and 05/06 because the difference is only 4 cents!

Seems like a decent price considering how many people F-UP those seals when doing it themselves.

^ Most tb's do, especially those that live on the east coast, especially up in your neck of the woods
