Trying to keep this thread alive.
EF3 Coated maybe ported ha , I might throw it on today so i wanted to share pics beforehand.
MAP did a great job on this turbo looks like a factory unit , but much prettier!

 

Looks like my old sst turbo. But all in all looks good can't wait to see some dyno results

How does that in any way look like the SST other then they both use stock housings which every Stock frame turbo uses
I had an SST as well.

If you boys are lucky i will post the dyno results tonight!

No I have an overlay of EF3 VS. stock 9 turbo

He opted for a little faster spool with the standard cover. You have the choice of antisurge or not on the EF3. EF2 will have the option in the near future and on the EF4 anti-surge is mandatory. Thanks for the pictures buddy, can't wait to hear your feedback.

 

I don't think you guys understand how close I was to buying an fp red a half an hour ago then had to close the entire browser to stop myself to wait for these results lol.

 

Shakedown runs are complete , Will be starting serious tuning around 930 tonight , You guys will be waiting a little longer!

 

Worked on Spool , and driveability , Sad to say tuning got ruined by 100% humidity in the form of rain.

I'm not gonna post a halfass DynoGraph .
My car is a stock block , Bolt on car.
I will say it cracked 39x WHP on 93 octane at 27 PSI Through VD. And in 3rd had full boost before 4k
4TH had it by 3600 .
Timing hasent been bumped up yet , and fuel is around 11.2 So theres plenty left .
The heavy rain made it in my open filter and started messing with the MAF signal so i gave up for tonight .
I need to boost leak test the system (I'm pretty sure i have one somewhere Or the DV is leaking) , and put on some normal weight wheels instead of the sumo weight Rotas.

Sorry for all the waiting , but i like to be thorough.
And create anticipation HA!
