Proven Performance Clutch Kits Released For Your Evo 8 MR, Evo 9 MR, or Evo X
We know not all vehicles are the same. Not all drivers look for the same thing when purchasing a clutch kit. For this reason we offer four different levels of performance. From the mild to the wild. We've got the right clutch to suit your style. It's all there. When purchasing one of our clutches you only need to know one part number, that's it. Find the application you need, the stage you want and you get it all, the pressure plate, the disc, the throw out bearing and the pilot tool. Wanna make it a combo? Add a lightweight aluminum flywheel!

Want a great clutch for your daily driver that can handle what you throw at it?

The 2.1 Carbon / Kevlar Clutch Kit

Go to the track every once and a while and don't mind a bit harsher engagement?

The 3.2 Kevlar Clutch Kit
With 100% Kevlar friction you get more grip and more life
than the Two Point One. However, since it has no marcel (cushion)
this disc sacrifices a little bit of its smooth engagement.
Still, this disc can be installed on a daily driver.

The 4.3 Ceramic Clutch Kit
This is one mean clutch.
Your footwork better be good, it’s no walk in the park.
It provide's quite a grip upon engagement. That means
power is planted straight to the pavement. Don’t be scared
though, it’s not going to give you a larger left leg.

The 5.4 Sintered Iron Clutch Kit
This disc will show you what grip really feels like.
As you can see there is no torsion damper, no marcel, and the

I don't know much about Fidanza clutch, which one is comparable to EXEDY TWIN? Are they as reliable as Exedy twin?

maperformance Jan 3, 2009 01:57 PM

Fidanza doesn't offer a Twin-disk. I would say that none of these are really comparable in terms of the Exedy Twin. The strongest on this list would be the 5.4!

I would say these clutches are more reliable than a twin-disc, plus they have better street manners. The 3.2 will hold the power for 90% of street cars, but if you really think you're a billybadass step it up to the 4.3 or 5.4.
