STM's 2011 IDRC Track Photos!
 

Once again, STM attended the IDRC presented by Buschur Racing, Motovicity Distribution and D-Sport Magazine at the Summit Raceway Park in Norwalk Ohio.

Saturday's events included a car show and autocross, so of course I was up at 5:45 am to wash the X before the day began. The weather turned out beautiful and with some good advice from Dave, Zack and Curt, I managed to avoid more cones than I actually hit. I believe my best time was a 36.xx, and my co driver and I were littered with D-Sport Go-Pro's! It was awesome! {thumbup}

Dave's Bad Bish and Curt Brown's Evo were there tearing it up and let me tell you those cars were singing a song! Absolutely stunning on the track.

Dave brought us to a Pizza Place after and we all hung out there for a bit and the food was fantastic!


Sunday started off a little overcast (which did not deter me from washing the car again), but by about 11 it was an absolutely beautiful day!

There was a whole lot of red, white and blue representing this Memorial Day Weekend!

Ricer's first pass down the track in 2011 was a 9.5 @ 160! What a way to start the season off!! 8's are right around the corner!

Chris also took home a First Place trophy in the Street Tire Class!

All in all, a fantastic weekend! We had a great group of friends and met even more on the trip! I can't even say how thankful we all are! {thumbup}

Looks like a blast! I was wanting to come, but it was just too soon of a notice for me. The shootout......I will be there again!!
