Here are all the details of our New Mil-spec custom harnesses for the EVO 8.
Stage 1: The Mil-Spec OHM Racing Plug & Play Wire Harness offers Mil-Spec Tefzel wire ranging from 12AWG to 22AWG and brand new pins seals and connectors. The Tefzel coated wire is loomed with Expandable sleeving heat shrink protection, Each brand new connector is crimped with pneumatic heads to ensure an OEM crimp, and labeled with a identification label. All heavy interference circuits are protected and grounded properly and no soldering is used at all on this harness only KET open barrel splicing where its needed covered with adhesive heat-shrink.
Highlights: High Temp Expandable sleeving coverage, no labeling on connectors. $1150 (introductory pricing)

The Teflon coated wire is loomed with Raychem DR-25 heat shrink protection, firewall boot, and Raychem ES-4 adhesive lined junctions. Each brand new connector is crimped with pneumatic heads to ensure an OEM crimp, and labeled with a label. All heavy interference circuits are protected and grounded properly and no soldering is used at all on this harness (soldering can crack on vibration) only KET open barrel splicing where its needed covered with adhesive heat-shrink as well.

We only use original seals (not generic) to ensure a proper seal every time, Completely made from scratch with the best aerospace materials and wiring management techniques used on aerospace and military. Our harness has been tested several times, We are currently running a stage 3 with ABS option our shop Evo 8 we recently inquired, and plan to use as a dedicated road racer.
Like mentioned above, our main priority is make harnesses 100% plug and play no wiring or crimping required for our customers, just plug and go racing (on the track of course).
Another thing we would like to point out is with our harness a lot is routed differently. Every wire and connector that connector to your fuse box is now routed through the inside and passenger fender, making you engine bay a lot less cluttered.
The wipers are routed through the inside as well and under the wiper cowl and the injectors and are now routed through the manifold runners, making our harnesses almost impossible to see for those people seeking simplicity and cleanliness.
