JOD Customer Thread. Only for Customers with outstanding issues/orders!
This thread is ONLY for customers of JOD (J-ondemand) that have not received a refund or parts that they ordered. Please DO NOT POST unless this is you. The entire purpose of this thread is to help those specific members out. If you are one of these please post here to make an accurate list of those that would like to see their problems resolved.
Please also do not bash, name call, or anything else that could run this thread off its intended purpose.

I am still waiting for my exhaust, fujitsubo rm-01a (or refund now) from september 2007. I have been in contact with (hiro) and (dave) as well as numerous others...who said it would be taken care of....and as of today I am still waiting for answers. I have called many times, they all have my phone number, both email addresses and my evom name. Still nothing...
(charles, if you need any info on this, I have ALL email and IM transactions since day one)

I sent an email yesterday and am awaiting a response. I'm waitin for a refund for $700 for a monster intake box and stillway batt box I never received from a year ago. have full documentation and emails that it was ordered and I was supposed to get refunded but never did so. thanks
I am due around $1000 for pay I didn't get when I worked there that I never received which I should have for helping all these people on the forum. its all verified. thanks

Well, guess my situation is not too bad.
i ordered a set of widebody (front fender and back fender) from JOD on July 19 2007. total is $1630.
never received, actually they never shipped out. i called in around thanx giving time to cancle my order, they never refund my money. so i ended up called my credit card company to charge back, they gave me a conditional credit, but they still fighting for it.
Refund my money!!!!! JOD!

I was owed the following:

$1700 was put on my card but I disputed it and have gotten back about half so far.

Owed complete Voltex BodyKit for web work and i additionally payed for it. Only got front bumper, nothing else...ordered last year may, never got anything else. Asked for refund of payed money only, NOTHING YET...liars. Rott in HELL Jod

yep me too. I got a response that I was promised to be refunded asap then I responsed back and haven't heard since in about few days now. and no refund yet.

From what I have been told, he intends to refund or get parts, but possibly not immediately. Not saying it is true or false, just what I understand from our communication
