has anyone had problems with Rexpeed not sending your item? i ordered my VG from them on 11/10 and have not yet receved it. the card i used to pay was canceled about a week after the order so they could not have put money back on the card. I emailed them with what i thought was the pick up slip that said it was returned to sender and they said when they get it back they will ship it back out, but then i found out it was not for them, and i have never even gotten a slip form them I send a email with this info and they have not responded to me. so is this place a rep shop or do you think i got scamed?

 

Rexpeed is legit. Just keep trying to contact. Its holiday season.

I've ordered and it's taken awhile to ship on a few occasions but I always got my stuff. Just contact them. Any time I've contacted them I always get a responce within a day. Rexpeed is a good buisness.

 

I've read good things about them. In hindsight though you prob should have kept that card open, just in case you do request a refund.

 

twice when I ordered stuff from them it got to the post office but was never delivered to my address

no idea why but I called the post office and both times they had my packages

 

well its good to know that this is a good comp it gives me hope that i one day might see a VG on my front porch.
I could not keep the card open there was some unauthorised spending that needed to be stoped

Rexspeed is good, my buddy has nothing but good things to say about them.

 

When I ordered my spoiler, it did ship very quickly but it was shipped from taiwan so tracking was not easy until it arrived at the post office.

 

Rexpeed is a good company that makes high quality parts. I ordered a few cf things for my 9 and they showed up in a nice box. However after looking at one of the cf fron air ducts I noticed 2 small but noticable stress cracks. I emailed Derek and sent him pics and he shipped brand news to me at no charge!!!!! cant wait to see what else they come up with.

 

I had shipping damage on a Rexspeed spoiler as well. Not their fault, but when I sent them pics of the part, they sent me another new one at no cost. Big thumbs up for Rexspeed customer service.

 

My rexpeed vg took almost 2 weeks to arrive. Worth the wait tho.
