Tial needs to step up customer service...

I ordered a black 6psi spring for someone I had to tune, faxed the order to Tial on Memorial day, so I expect the part to arrive Friday later on in the week... Friday comes and no spring... Call Tial, and they say, oh we didn't have that in stock... it will ship today... I upgrade the shipping to 1 day as I need it to finish a tune on a car... I expect the spring will ship Friday so I give it until tuesday just to be safe... still no spring!! I finally got the spring yesterday! Needless to say I was a tad bit frustrated since I upgraded shipping to 1 day, and it still took 4 days!
