Tom @ VR speed factory Review

I just wanted to share my experience with Tom at vr speed factory. This is the my 2nd evo He has tuned. When I brought the car to tom it had alot of tuning issues. Injectors weren't scaled properly, It had false knock every where. Timing map was a mess, You name it had it. But as I knew from previous experiences with Tom, Is that he Is a very dedicated Tuner and will put in the time to get the car running properly and make his customers satisfied. It took us 10-11 hours to get all the issues straightened out. Car is now running properly and making good power. I just wanted to give a big thanks to tom at vr speed for putting time in, on his day off to get my car running right

Thanks Jack! very appreciated for this review.

Heres the power Jacks evo put down temp (we are not finished with the tune yet)

this is straight 93oct and built 2L engine with a ams gt35R @ 29-30psi

and here is before we started experiencing misfires.. this car makes sick torque curves for a 35R and 2L.
once he fixes the ignition problem we will open the torque back up. (27-28psi)

i think its got enough in it to stay within visual distance of rocket man (curt brown).. before i tuned it he took you by what again? 10 bus lengths? LOL.

car is now up a good 150whp+ from then and now. (had the horrible block of 8 tune going on).. when in reality the engine only wants like 2* down there.. its amazing how these ****ing engines stay together even with horrible *** tunes.

i think it has about 520 in it on 93oct.. wont know until we fix the ignition stuff first.
